How do I apply for work?
Please click on the link below, this will open in a new window.
Please visit our jobs site and search by your location or postcode.
I cannot find the option to print my summary page
In order to Print out your summary page for the Document checking day please use the Print summary icon near the bottom of the page. As the Show Summary icon does not work. Please make sure that you have enabled pop ups. If you do not have access to a printer at home then you have options available like the library for instance.
I cannot find the link to book myself in for interview
If you cannot find the link in the email then please click here. If you click the link and find that there are no slots available then please follow the advice below.
There are no slots available when I follow the link
Unfortunately the slots that are created by us are at a 'first come, first serve' basis. If there are no slots available all that means is they have been fully booked and you may have to wait until further slots are created. Please note, slots will not be created continuously. When we have the required amount of successful applicants we will close all interview slots.
I want to change the location of my interview
Due to this being a face to face interview, you are required to attend the interview at the situated location for the job you have applied for. We are unable to change the location of the interview to which you have requested. Unfortunately if you are unable to attend the interview at the location we have provided we will be unable to process your application further.
I want to withdraw my application
If you are looking to withdraw your application then please allow 2-3 working days for your application to be withdrawn. Send us an email requesting which job(s) you have applied for and which ones you want to be withdrawn from.
I wasn't aware I needed to bring proof of National Insurance
In any job you ever apply for you will need to present proof of N.I. If you no longer have the NI Card proof can be in the form of a DWP (Department of Work & Pensions) letter i.e. Jobcentre letter, or a wage slip. We will need to see this as this is as part of your Entitlement To Work. If you fail to present this at the document checking assessment day then you may be turned away and lose the possibility of being recruited by the Royal Mail.
I didn't know I needed 2 passport photos
If you bought along only 1 passport photo there is a possibility you can send it in to us and we can add it to your pack. All you will need to do is to write your name and the job reference number you have applied for on the back so we can tally it up with your pack.
