As a Collections and Delivery Driver for Angard Staffing, You will be responsible for delivering parcels on a dedicated route, quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of large parcels. This role is perfect for individuals who really enjoy a physically active work environment.

We are now looking for Collection & Delivery Drivers to be a part of our team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Planning your delivery route and carrying out safety checks on your vehicle.
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 30kg, equivalent to 32 bags of sugar.
  • Then you’ll be busy collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses.
  • You’ll go the extra mile for our customers as you deliver everything from birthday presents to vital business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

We are currently looking for drivers that are available for full time hours (5 days per week) although these shifts are not guaranteed. 

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will need the following:

  • Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Upbeat and self-motivated.
  • Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items up to 30kg.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Resilience and flexibility.

Additional Information

Pay rates up until 28th of October

£14.04 p/h

Peak Pay Rates (28th October 2024 to 12th January 2025 only)

£16.77 p/h – £19.32 p/h
