Angard Staffing is the dedicated provider of Customer Service Advisors to Royal Mail’s contact centres across the UK. Due to an increase in the volume of workload; we are seeking additional candidates with a passion for customer service to join the team in Dearne on a part time, temporary basis.

What will you be doing?

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to provide an excellent customer service experience for Royal Mail customers managing customer questions, queries and complaints in a timely manner. Daily duties will include:

General enquiries (advice and support)
Data inputting – quickly and accurately
Handling all customer interactions with care – delivering a ‘first class’ customer experience at all times.
Effectively dealing with telephone, email, white-mail, complaints and general customers enquiries

What do you need to know?

Intake start date: 26th February
Pay rate: £11.77 per hour (£14.00 should overtime be required on a Sunday)
Temporary Contract for 12 weeks, finishing on the 18th May 2024. 18 hours per week, where you will work 3 days in the week, and working a Saturday will be compulsory.

Shifts will be agreed at Telephone Interview with a member of the Recruitment Team on a first come first serve basis, shifts chosen will be your allocated shifts throughout the 12-week assignment.
Full training will be provided in the first two weeks of the assignment and will be Monday – Friday 10:00am – 16:00pm.
Annual leave is not permitted during the training period – minimal annual leave after this may be requested after this and is subject to availability.
