Applying for a seasonal role with us is simple, fast, and transparent. Here's what you can expect when positions become available.
Application review
We'll review your application, and if you meet the criteria, we'll ask you for a few more details.
Right to work & key documents.
You will receive an email prompting you to submit your proof of right to work, proof of address, and national insurance number. This is done through our simple, user-friendly application portal, allowing you to complete the process at your own pace.
We'll also need to confirm your five-year address history, any previous names, criminal convictions and security confirmation check.
Security check
Our team will review your application and information provided, and prepare your security check. We do this for every application, and this usually takes one day. You can view the progress of your application at any time through the candidate portal.
Important to note
Once the above has been completed, you'll be invited to join your team at Royal Mail and begin working to help deliver Christmas across the nation.
Our seasonal roles are representative of opportunities and may not be immediately available. We'll keep in touch as roles are released, and use your preferences to match you with roles in your chosen location.
